ATLANTA, GA February 21, 2001 -- Cumulus Media Inc. (NASDAQ: CMLS) will host a conference call on Thursday, March 15, 2001 at 11:00 AM E.D.T. to review the Company’s fourth quarter and calendar year financial results, which will be released prior to the call, together with an update of financial and operational developments.  The call will be open to the general public on a listen only basis.
